All of our items are made-to-order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for production before your order ships (or is ready for pickup). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Need it sooner? We offer rush production options for date-sensitive orders (like camp start dates or move-in day). Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and any rush fee.

Local Pickup
Free local pickup is available. Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email or message with pickup instructions and location details.

Shipping
Please note that production time is separate from shipping time — total delivery time is production time plus shipping time. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other events outside our control. Once your order leaves our production partner, we're unable to guarantee exact delivery dates.
